About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and intellectually curious Marketing Assistant to join our Tokyo office. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the execution of Trusted Corporation’s cross-border innovation programs. 


You will be responsible for producing high-quality Japanese-language content, managing our digital presence, and supporting the delivery of executive-level events. 


This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives from top Japanese and European corporations and to engage with cutting-edge global innovation trends. 


You will play a vital role in translating complex international insights into compelling narratives tailored to Japanese audiences, ensuring that our strategic messages are effectively communicated across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Localization

  • Write original Japanese-language articles based on European case studies, innovation frameworks, and international business insights

  • Localize global innovation content for Japanese corporate executives, ensuring clarity and resonance

  • Collaborate with the founder and team to plan and execute content aligned with company priorities


Digital Presence & Community Engagement

  • Maintain Trusted’sprofessional presence across innovation platforms, industry associations, and online communities

  • Monitor engagement, track inbound interest, and manage communication pipelines from digital channels

  • Support the development and scheduling of content calendars to align with strategic initiatives


Seminar & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and executing exclusive executive seminars, roundtables, and innovation dinners

  • Coordinate logistics with speakers, venues, designers, and translation support as needed

  • Oversee Japanese-language communications to ensure professional standards before, during, and after events


Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Japan and Europe to ensure alignment in messaging and priorities

  • Translate and adapt key documents and content between English and Japanese

  • Maintain tone consistency and cultural fluency across all communication formats

Ideal Candidate People

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in journalism, content creation, marketing, or public relations

  • Familiarity with Japanese media and platforms such as Peatix, NewsPicks, JBPress, or innovation-focused communities


Skills & Qualities

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese; clear and persuasive writing skills

  • Ability to distill complex international concepts into concise, engaging content

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and content management capabilities

  • English reading and basic writing skills are preferred, but not required

Compensation

Salary negotiable based on experience and skillset.
