Fariza Abidova

Fariza Abidova is an entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, and business strategist with over a decade of experience connecting corporations, startups, investors, governments, and research institutions across Japan, Europe, and North America.

She specializes in identifying new growth opportunities, designing business models, building cross-industry partnerships, and helping organizations transform emerging technologies into scalable businesses. Her work focuses on bringing together diverse stakeholders to address complex industry challenges and accelerate commercialization.

Beyond her entrepreneurial activities, she actively contributes to Japan's innovation ecosystem as a promoter of startup initiatives led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. She is a columnist for Nikkei Business Daily, a commentator on J-WAVE and ABEMA TV, and a lecturer at Kobe University.
