WHO YOU ARE We are seeking a Japanese native Sales Support and Copywriting Assistant to join our team. You will have the chance to join our young, dynamic, and international team from our office in the biggest Innovation community in Japan - CIC Tokyo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Support and Copywriting Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Writing high-quality business proposals and reports that meet client/company needs and deadlines in Japanese.
Conducting research on new business models, tech trends, and government initiatives.
Taking over other aspects of the creative and research processes to create cohesive, accurate media content (press, interviews, articles).
Subtitling our online content (JP/EN - EN/JP).
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess:
Native-level proficiency and writing skills in Japanese AND business conversation level in English (mandatory)
A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Consulting, or Sales Support
A proven track record of achievements or a portfolio of work done
Hands-on experience with CRM systems
An understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

INTERVIEW PROCESS Along with submitting the resume, we ask you to provide examples of your previous work. If you do not have relevant samples to share, we will also test your writing skills with an assignment as part of the interview process.
Writing Skills Test:
The writing skills test will be designed to assess your ability to effectively communicate through written content. You may be given a prompt to respond to or asked to write a sample article or blog post. We will be evaluating your writing style, grammar, spelling, and overall clarity of your writing.
We understand that not everyone has a portfolio of previous work to share, so we welcome applicants who can demonstrate their writing skills through our test.
