
Fariza Abidova
Fariza Abidova is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for promoting global business collaboration and accelerating innovation. In 2010, she established SOPHYS Corporation, a global human resource development company that trained 3,000 Japanese executives and senior managers.
In 2016, Fariza launched her second start-up, Trusted Corporation, which helps large companies and startups accelerate innovation through cross-border and cross-industry collaboration.
On the side, Fariza is contributing to the Japanese startup ecosystem by being a member on the board of directors at Global Entrepreneurship Network, a mentor of Tokyo Metropolitan government acceleration program for women, a commentator at J-wave radio, a columnist at Nikkei Business Daily newspaper, a lecturer at Kobe University and a judge of Hult Prize Japan.
In her free time, she invests in her well-being through
weightlifting, kickboxing and cooking.
